These Terms of Service describe the rules for using PetMockup. By uploading a photo, creating a preview, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Custom previews
Generated previews are custom digital creations based on the image and details you provide. Results may vary between photos, and previews may not be identical to final printed products.
User content
You are responsible for the photos, names, and other content you upload or submit.
Permission to use uploaded content
By uploading a photo or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and allow PetMockup and its service providers to process it to create previews, mockups, orders, and support materials.
Artwork style and likeness
PetMockup aims to preserve the pet's likeness while creating a stylized watercolor-style portrait. Because the artwork is generated from a photo, exact likeness, colors, markings, text placement, and final style can vary.
Purchases
Digital files and physical canvas products may be sold through PetMockup or connected checkout providers. Pricing, taxes, discounts, shipping options, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Digital products
Digital products may be delivered electronically and may be available shortly after purchase or order confirmation. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files.
Physical products
Canvas prints and other physical products are custom-made. Production and shipping times are estimates and can vary based on order volume, holidays, destination, or carrier delays.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content.
Intellectual property
PetMockup's website, branding, designs, layouts, software, and service materials belong to PetMockup or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them without permission.
No guaranteed availability
We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be updated, paused, or unavailable from time to time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PetMockup is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of the service.
Changes
We may update the service, pricing, products, policies, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
