Digital downloads
Digital downloads have free shipping and are typically available within minutes after purchase or order confirmation.
Canvas prints
Canvas prints are produced after purchase and typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days for many U.S. orders.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on production volume, carrier delays, holidays, and destination.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout before purchase. Digital download products do not require physical shipping.
Tracking
When tracking is available for a physical order, it may be sent by email or shown through the checkout provider.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If a package appears delayed or missing, contact support so we can help review the order and carrier information.
Damaged items
If a canvas print arrives damaged, contact support with photos of the item and packaging as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
